Seeng Catherine Ntsaba-Letele

Seeng (Catherine) is an admitted Advocate of the High Court of South Africa, a member of the Johannesburg Bar Council and admitted Advocate of the High Court of Lesotho. She was a member of the Labour Court of Lesotho, she advised the NEPAD secretariat, is active in various Bargaining Councils, was Acting Judge of the SA Labour Court (Johannesburg), was legal advisor at the Development Bank of Southern Africa and lectured law at the National University of Lesotho. Seeng practises since 2001 as a mediator, arbitrator and conciliator. She is accredited as a Civil and Commercial Mediator by CD/ACDS (SA), CEDR (London, UK), and as arbitrator and mediator by AFSA. She is an accredited Commissioner of the CCMA and part of the ‘train-the-trainer’ panel at L.E.A.D. for court aligned mediations. Between 1984 and 1986 she was Department Head of the Ministry of Labour and Manpower Development of Lesotho. Seeng holds a BA Law, an LLB (National University of Lesotho), an LLM (Queens University, Ontario, Canada), a MBA (Bond University, Australia) and a MAP from the University of the Witwatersrand Business School.
